SKIRT: This is a quality 4 layered light blue tutu for Both Kids and Adults.

The ADULT Size is 16 inches long with the elastic Waist Stretching from 23 to 44 inches.

The CHILD Sizes will be 11 to 15 inches in length depending on their age.

On the skirt, you'll find 2 pink and 2 blue small Cotton candies along with Faux Sprinkles and Candy themed ribbon bows.

HEADBAND: Done in Pink with Sprinkles and a pink/white Cone. The entire piece sits approximately 10 to 11 inches high to the tippy top of the cone.
*** This will be a couple inches smaller for the Kid's Sizes.

IMPORTANT! Everything, including the Sprinkles are completely Non-edible and are Fake! Please be Careful with younger Children.
