Pretty Cotton Candy Tutu comes with Ribbon used as Suspenders. **The headband is NOT included.**

This Unique dark pink 4 layered tutu skirt is done with faux Cotton Candy around the Base, in Batches throughout, and on the Ribbon Suspenders as well.

Colorful rainbow sprinkles are attached to the Cotton Candies on the front and throughout.

* The Length of the Skirt Measures 16.5 inches long for the Adults and between 11 and 14 for kids, depending on Size.
* The Waist is stretchable from 24 to 43 inches for the Adult Size.

MATERIALS: Wool roven yarn for the pretend Cotton Candy, Clay for the fake Sprinkles, and tulle.
