Make a statement with this fun upside down Fake Cotton Candy Headband with added additional Goodies!

CHOOSE a Color for the Faux Cotton candy.

** The entire piece including the Whit cone MEASURES approximately 11 inches high with the Cotton Candy portion being about 6.5 inches long by 5.5 inches wide.

The Lollipops and Charms will Vary, but i keep them very close in Color/Style.

*it comes with Artificial Sprinkles on the Front and some Glitter. Everything is then Sealed in to prevent most shedding.
Even the White cone is Glittered and Sealed in with Glue!

**** This is Done on a Flexible Headband. Recommend for AGES 8 + up to and including Adults. *****

MATERIALS: Wool roven yarn for the artificial cotton candy, Clay for the Fake Sprinkles.
